Circular economy for the world’s stranded data center power assets
We are the agentic marketplace for data center power equipment. The turbines, transformers, switchgear, and gensets your build needs already exist — Relocator finds them, verifies them, and moves them in days, not quarters.
Power Equipment is the bottleneck

Builds Delayed
Of planned 2026 U.S. data center builds will be delayed or canceled due to equipment shortages.

Transformer Lead Time
Stretched from 24–30 months pre-2020 to as long as 5 years on new units today.

Gas turbine OEMs are quoting 2030 delivery on new units across the board.
$100M
Monthly Delay Cost
Every month of first-power delay on a 100 MW site costs $50–100M in deferred revenue.
Meanwhile, the supply you need already exists — stranded across decommissioned IPPs, oil & gas downsizing, and canceled projects. It sits behind a fragmented broker network with no unified pricing, no live availability, and 30-to-90-day deal cycles.
The supply is real. The market wasn't. We built the market.
Two sides of the same deal. Pick yours.
Whether you're racing to first power or clearing stranded inventory, Relocator is built for your side of the transaction — with equal infrastructure, equal trust, and equal urgency.
You're sourcing power generation, transformers, switchgear, or full electrical packages — and the lead times you're being quoted will not survive contact with your delivery date. You need real assets, on real timelines, from sellers who can actually transact.
Live, structured inventory across every major category
Sellers who pass our KYC and asset-verification process
A buyer-side agent that runs sourcing through closing while you stay in control
You're carrying capital tied up in turbines, transformers, gensets, or full electrical packages from canceled, decommissioned, or replaced projects. You want a clearing channel that brings credentialed buyers — not phone calls from brokers asking what else you have.
One listing reaches every credentialed buyer on the platform
Your seller-side agent qualifies inquiries and counters 24/7
You set the floor, set the terms, and approve every deal
A $1.3 trillion equipment market with no clearing layer.
McKinsey projects $5.2 trillion of AI data center capex by 2030, with roughly $1.3 trillion flowing to power and electrical infrastructure. That capex now decides whether projects ship. Until Relocator, there was no liquid secondary market for the assets that gate it.

Role-based agents on both sides, clearing on one platform.
Humans approve every deal. Agents do the work and filter out the noise in real-time.

Sourcing — spec to live inventory match
Technical fit — MW, hours, fuel, frequency, age, condition
Trust, by design — because the assets cost too much for anything less.
A single transformer can clear at $20M. A turbine package at $150M. The volume of capital moving through this category is incompatible with the way it has historically been transacted. Relocator's trust infrastructure is the platform.
Verified Counterparties
KYC on every entity. Project verification on every buyer — real site, real interconnect status, real funding. Asset-ownership documentation on every seller. We have turned away counterparties who could not produce it.
Inspected & Certified Assets
Partnership with certified test labs (Megger, Doble, and partner firms). Condition reports, hours, maintenance records, and OEM documentation in the listing — or it doesn't list.
Escrowed Transactions
Funds held in third-party escrow. Released on inspection acceptance and delivery confirmation. No funds move on a handshake.
Built-in Compliance
Warranty pass-through. Customs and export documentation. EPA, PSC, and interconnect agent workflows for cross-border and regulated assets. The paperwork follows the asset, automatically.
Built by operators who've worked every side of this market.
Our team brings decades of direct experience from critical infrastructure development, energy asset management, and complex transaction clearing. Relocator was built inside Green Gate AI's data center development advisory practice. We watched both sides of this market every day — clients trying to find creative time-to-power solutions, and clients trying to relocate or resell turbines from sites that weren't moving forward.
We've sat in the meetings where engineers were sent overseas to inspect turbines that didn't exist, and where the same asset was represented by three different sellers with three different specs.

Our Mission: A Circular Economy for Critical Infrastructure
The equipment your data center needs is already built
Sustainable development is a core value at Relocator. We enable a circular economy in the data center equipment category — every turbine, transformer, and switchgear lineup we move from stranded inventory to active deployment is equipment that doesn't need to be manufactured.
This translates to a measurable reduction in Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, and minimizes the e-waste that retired and surplus assets would otherwise become. In this category, marketplace efficiency directly drives climate efficiency.
What we've heard. And what we've done about it.
Sophisticated buyers and sellers are right to ask hard questions. Here are the ones we hear most.
"I don't transact $30M assets on a platform I just heard of."
You shouldn't. Our first deals are run with named human relationship managers from our advisory team alongside the agent workflow.
The agent infrastructure reduces deal-cycle time; it does not replace the people on either side who own the relationship.
"Used or refurbished electrical equipment carries serious risk."
It does. Which is why every asset on Relocator carries a verified inspection report, condition certification by a partner lab,
OEM service history where available, and warranty pass-through built into the contract template. Buyers additionally commission their own pre-clearing inspection — coordinated by their agent — before funds release from escrow.
"What if the deal goes sideways?"
Escrow doesn't release until both parties confirm delivery and acceptance. Dispute resolution is built in, with defined timelines and an arbitration backstop. Our commission is not paid until clearing is final.
"Can your platform actually qualify a buyer who can write a $30M check?"
Yes — that's the entire point. We verify funding, decision-maker authority, project documentation, and interconnect status before a buyer is admitted.
Sellers see qualification levels on every inquiry. The buyers who can't transact don't reach you.
"Why not just keep doing it the way we've always done it?"
Because the buildout no longer fits the old way. The 2022 secondary market handled a few dozen turbine relocations a year through a handful of brokers.
The 2026 market is moving an order of magnitude more equipment, across an order of magnitude more buyers, on timelines that don't accommodate phone-tag. The infrastructure has to scale with the demand.
